On June 30, 2011, Rongan Power held the 《Liability Superior To Ability》Lecturing Competition, after several times of selection, 10 competitors from workshops and administrative functional departments took part in the competition in the lecturing hall, exchange their heartfelt understanding and sense after reading 《Liability Superior To Ability》again.

To strengthen the staff’s understanding and belief in enterprise culture, enhance cohesiveness, promote good and fast development of our company, the reading activity launched by enterprise Party Committee, Trade Union, Youth League Committee, undertaken by enterprise culture department was strongly supported by all the staff.

Director of HR. department and member of enterprise Party committee Mr. Xu Xiaoming, deputy director of Rongan Party Committee Office Ms. Liu Chenyu, director of Trade Union Office Mr. Yue Jun and workers’ representative Mr. Lou Shaoying were invited to act as competition judges. After fierce competition, Yu Min from Legal Affairs Dept. won the first, Fang Liangfei of Tecgnology Dept. and Shi Tianjun of HR. Dept. won the second and third respectively.

The successful holding of the lecturing competition marks a complete success of the 2011 《Liability Superior To Ability》 reading activity.
