Summary Report to "2011 Diesel Engine Knowledge Intensive Training Program in Shanghai Jiaotong University" was held in General Assembly Complex Building on October 17. Board Chairman Deng Hui, President Zou Zhiming, Chief Engineer Chen Guangqing, Vice President Ling Li, Chief Engineering Technology Consultant Chen Fengshi, Deputy Chief Engineer Xu Zaijie, President Assistant Wei Wei, Director of Human Resources Department Xu Xiaoming and other leaders attended the meeting.

This training is the second substantial cooperation to cultivate diesel engine technology elite following the strategic frame cooperation agreement between Shanghai Jiaotong University and our company on May 22.

On the meeting, firstly Chief Engineering Technology Consultant Chen Fengshi made a detailed summary of the training program and gave every student a "learning report".

Three students' representatives said that Chief Engineering Technology Consultant Chen Fengshi and Deputy Chief Engineer Xu Zaijie had imparted knowledge and solved doubts for all students in the sweltering heat since the training began on July 4. During the two-month intensive learning, students not only studied professional knowledge from teachers of Shanghai Jiaotong University, but also digested serious learning and working attitude from the two respected experts as senior engine-making people. On behalf of our company, Director of Human Resources Department Xu Xiaoming has conveyed greetings to students for many times, encouraging them to cherish those opportunities and try hard to study professional skills, which let students have strong feeling of family.

Forty students succeeded to finish seven theory subjects by Jiaotong University, drafting subjects designed by our company, as well as Professional Two-stroke Diesel Engine Theory totalled 18 evaluations.

Vice President Ling Li declared the awarded name list. Wang Hui got 12 awards among which there was 8 first and the special president price "precise, pragmatic, sincere".

President Zou Zhiming congratulated on the fulfillment of the intensive training program. He pointed that achievement belonged to the past, so we should learn knowledge with our life-long time. We should take theory into practice and summarize knew knowledge at work to become main force in Rongan's future construction.

Board Chairman Deng Hui also gave affirmation to their fulfillment, saying "Starting ourselves well before doing things well" "Responsibility is more important than ability" were one of the business philosophies advocated by Rongan. He hoped that new "Ronganese" cherish limited time, keep good reading habit, improve comprehensive qualities in order to be competent and committed people in the engine-making industry earlier.

The two leaders especially praised female students who were not inferior to any man and urged them to keep moving ahead to show elegance of holding up half the sky in Rongan stage.
