On  September 11, 2012, deputy secretary of Anhui provincial federationof trade unions Li Weiyong and chairman of Hefei municipal trade union Ye Hezhang headed a consoling visit to Rongan Power. Li on behalf of Anhui Provincial federationof trade unions gave 50,000 Yuan of consoling allowance to Rongan. Rongan vice president Xu Wenyou, party committee deputy scretary and deputy chairman of enterprise trade union Feng Jianjun warmly received the coming guests and expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the sincere consolation.

Xu and Feng made introduction on company situation to the coming Trade Union leaders that, as the largest low speed engine maker in China, under current downturn of the international shipping market, Rongan Power wasted no time waiting, proceeding from actual conditions both inside and outside, furtherly exploit self-potential, adjust structure, promote transformation and  keep stable growth, moving forward steadily towards the path of “main engine as the lead, develop diversified business, with transformation and upgrading,realize integrated development”.     

Li appreciated the develoing path of Rongan Power, and he said that, Rongan Power is a enterprise with great developing potential. Anhui provincial federation of trade unions should focus on the central task and serve the overall interests, unite workers to stay with enterprises throughout difficulties maintaining development. He fully affirmed the efforts Rongan Power making in keep a stable worker team and assuring the staff’s steady income.
