On September 11, 2012, member of Standing Committee of Anhui Provincial Party Committee and executive deputy governor Mr. Zhan Xialai inspected Rongan Power. After visiting the production workshops, Zhan presided a meeting, hearing  a report on company operation and development situation, made a field research on enterprise development related work. Member of Standing Committee of Hefei Municipal Party Committee and executive deputy mayor Mr. Wei Xiaoming, director of Administritive Committee of Hefei Economic and Technological Development Zone Mr. Yao Weidong and other peovincial and municipal leaders and related responsible persons of financial institutions participated in the research visit.  

Enterprise board chairman Deng Hui, president Zou Zhiming, party committee secretary Yu Zheng, vice president Chen Liangyu and Xu Wenyou accompanied in the visit. Deng made a report to governor Zhan on company current situation.

Zhan pointed out that, being the largest private manufacturer of marine diesel engine in China as well as the key equipment manufacturing enterprise of Anhui province, Rongan Power possesses obvious advantage in enterprise scale, products quality, talents team, institutional mechanisms. Since settling down in Anhui, Rongan takes the opportunity of the national strategy of Rise of Central China, gives full play to the comprehensive advantage in talents team, technology, mechanism and management, continuously explorates and innovates, steadily promotes enterprise reform and development, fully exploits market potential, realizes stable and rapid development, making positive contributions to rapid and sound development of Anhui province.

Zhan also siad, currently, the international and domestic economic situation remains complicated and grim, Rongan Power should take the opportunity, deepen reforms, increase R&D intensity, furtherly push ahead self-innovation, optimize product structure, increase producs additional value, enhance the core competitiveness of the company. At the meantime, facing both the market home and aboard, strengthen marketing, expanding distribution and new development space, improve operation and management.

Zhan requested that, government at all levels, divisions and related department should strengthen the sense of responsibility, always deem its duty to support enterprise development, give full support to help enterprise to build bigger and stronger, conscientiously carry out various of national and provincial policies promoting stable and rapid economic development, especially in finance and property tax, strengthen guide and coordination, helping enterprise to solve problems in development course, create a good development enviroment.
