In the afternoon of April 16, 2012, a ten-people delegation including Secretary of Dingxi Municipal Party Committee of Gansu Province Yang Zixing, Deputy Secretary of Dingxi Municipal Party Committee & Mayor Chang Zhengguo, member of Standing Committee & Secretary-general of Dingxi Municipal CPC Committee Zheng Hongwei, Secretary-general of Dingxi Municipal Government Jin Zhong investigated Rongan Power accompanied by member of Standing Committee of Anhui Provincial CPC Committee & Secretary of Hefei Municipal Party Committee Wu Cunrong, member of Standing Committee & Secretary-general of Hefei Municipal CPC Committee Yang Sisong, Deputy Mayor of Hefei City Yang Zengquan, Deputy Secretary-general of Hefei Municipal CPC Committee Zhou Dayue and Deputy Director of Hefei Economic Development Zone Management Committee Wang Jiahe, etc..

Chief Engineer Chen Guangqing and Vice President Xu Wenyou of Rongan Power warmly welcomed the delegation and introduced to them Rongan's manufacture as well as construction progress. After visiting large-part processing workshop, final assembly  workshop and basin dock and understanding Rongan Power's development history, Dingxi Party and Government Delegation really appreciated the company's enterprise culture "Passion & Excellence" and great efforts made by all Rongan staff for the development of China's engine-making industry. The basin dock was a hive of activity full of vigor and vitality in the early spring. Upon knowing that Anhui Provincial and Hefei Municipal governments invested huge fund for improvement of Paihe River, Chaohu Lake area and Yu Xi He Channels, and Chaohu and Yu Xi He ship locks to promote channel traffic capacity which not only introduced Rongan Power into Hefei, but also kept free flow from Hefei to rivers and seas, the delegation all admired Hefei Municipal government's spirits as "Nothing is impossible", agreeing that they gained a lot from this investigation to Hefei in which they broadened their outlook and expanded their minds as well. Especially the typical case "Rongan Phenomenon" afforded good enlightenment and lessons for Dingxi's future investment invitation activities and its local economic development.
